STAFF MEETING ON 10.05.2023

The staff members of VSR GDC Movva met virtually today at 11 a.m. through Google Meet,
chaired by the College Principal, Dr S. Madhavi. They discussed several items on the agenda and

made some resolutions.

 The lecturers are taking online classes according to the schedule and completing one unit
of the syllabus, as instructed by the Krishna University. However, due to the NCC camp and

other technical glitches, there has been low attendance of students.

 Resolved to submit the data related to the monthly report of the college by the first week of

every month. The concerned Incharges should submit the information in the Google

spreadsheet designed by the college.

 Resolved to conduct a Second Phase Admissions campaign after the completion of
Intermediate Supplementary examinations. Staff members are instructed to collect phone

numbers of the students and talk with them personally and take utmost care to enhance the

admissions this year. It was also resolved to share the College Admissions Brochure
through social platforms. The Action Plan for the Admissions campaign is to be prepared by

Sri U. Surya Kumar, Lecturer in Mathematics, and the same is to be submitted to the
Principal after the re-opening of the college.
