CRACK & SORT PROCESS STEPS

               BEFORE YOU START...

               HEALTH & SAFETY TIPS

               • Do your best to clear space to respect the red and yellow zones
                   (electrical panel, emergency exits, hallways).

               • To reduce muscle fatigue and prevent injuries, take a break &
stretch your arms every 30 min.

               • When using a box cutter, adjust the length of the blade and keep
your hands out of the path of the blade. Cut away from your body
                   and not towards yourself.

1 Begin by opening small or pre-pack boxes first to clear space and open up your work area to facilitate
the Crack & Sort process (pre-pack boxes contain a full size allocation of a single item or retek)

2 Prepare multiple large boxes and label them with the categories you will be sorting your product into

throughout the Crack & Sort procedure. Common categories include “Replenishment” “Future visual”
               “Accessories” “Tops” or “Bottoms”.

               HELPFUL TIP

Stores can determine what categories best suit their needs based on the time of year or size of individual shipment.
