CRACK & SORT STEPS
7 Sort all accessories into their storage areas. Your store may have plastic drawers or bins for necklaces,
earrings, belts or tights. Utilize the same process for intimate wear if applicable.
8 When processing larger shipments, it may not be possible to Crack & Sort all boxes at once. Best
practice is to process 8-12 boxes using the Crack & Sort procedure and then clear the processed goods
from your processing area into your backroom or sales floor storage areas.
Repeat the process for the next 8-12 boxes until shipment is complete.
HELPFUL TIP
Make sure to “waterfall” hung product to save space!
HEALTH & SAFETY TIP
Clear the work area of all garbage, bags and boxes to have nice, clean and safe work space.
