                                                                                                   customers around accessory fixtures to create an
                                                                                                   “S” and the line feeds all available registers. This will
                                                                                                   ensure there is no slow or fast line, just one line that
                                                                                                   speeds up the transaction experience.






                                                                                                   LINE-UPS AT THE CASH DESK

                                                                                                   •   Adjust quantity of multis and their positioning
                                                                                                       space allocation based on your store’s
                                                                                                       configuration and inventories.

                                                                                                   •   Create an effective shopping flow for the
                                                                                                       customer to find what she is looking for and
                                                                                                       optimize unit per transaction (UPT).
                   - NAVIGATION
                                                                                                   •   Use multis and queue barrier units to facilitate
                                                                                                       line-ups. Position them to create clear paths so
                                                                                                       customers know where to go.
