Health and Safety Measures Agreement (Phase 1) - RCL HO 250 Sauvé

In order to ensure the health and safety of our employees and partners, a number of safety measures have been
put in place and are to be followed at all times. The following describes these safety measures, which are subject
to modifications.

PRIOR TO COMING TO WORK

On a daily basis and prior to coming to the RCL HO located at 250 Sauvé, we ask that you do to a self health-check
using the following questions and that you do not come to work if:
1. You, or any person who resides in your household, have cold or flu symptoms such as fever, sore throat, stuffy
nose, cough, difficulty breathing or sudden loss of sense of smell and taste without nasal congestion
2. You have taken ibuprofen or acetaminophen (Advil, Tylenol, Motrin, etc.) or any other medication
to reduce a fever within the last 8 hours
3. In the past 14 days, you have:
a. been diagnosed with Covid-19 or been a presumptive case of Covid-19
b. travelled out of province
c. been around a person infected or potentially infected, with COVID-19 who is awaiting test result
ARRIVING AND LEAVING
RESPECT THE PHYSICAL DISTANCING OF 2 METERS AS YOU INTERACT WITH THE GUARD AND COLLEAGUES
Upon arriving:
 Employees should use the main reception door to enter the building and disinfect their hands as they
come in the building
 Employees parking in the underground parking should disinfect their hands as they exit the parking area
and enter the building and immediately go to the main reception to undergo the health check
- Present yourself to the main reception desk for the security guard to log your name and your assigned
department in the attendance book as well as perform the health check protocol that may include a
temperature check.
When leaving:
- Advise the security guard of your departure so that he can update the attendance book
WHILE AT WORK

- Practice physical distancing at all times keeping 2 meters away from anybody
- While continuously ensuring physical distancing of 2 meters, respect the maximum number of people
allowed at the same time in any local, as indicated on the posters (by example : no more than 2
employees at a time in the elevators)
- Wash your hands with soap under warm running water for at least 20 seconds: every hour, before and
after meals, before and after breaks, after using the washroom and after using a tissue
- Practice respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or a tissue when you
cough or sneeze. If a tissue was used, dispose of it immediately in a garbage can and wash your hands
- Bring as few personal belongings as possible, keep them in your work area and bring them home at the
end of your workday
- Bring your water and food; the cafeteria and water dispensers are closed at this time
- The kitchenettes will not be accessible (including refrigerators)
- Coffeemakers, toasters, fridges, microwaves and any other devices cannot be used at present
- Note that only the bathrooms adjacent to the main/front elevators on each floor are open as well as the
handicap bathroom located in the basement level
- Hold meetings over the phone or using Skype
- Restrict your travel in the building to the areas you must work in
