-   You are responsible to clean, using the disinfecting cleaning products provided and following the Cleaning
                       Protocol (annexed), any shared equipment (printers, copiers, carts, etc.) that you use such, before and
                       after you have used them as well as your individual work space daily
                   -   Wash your hands and work area properly after handling parcels and/or envelopes
                   -   Use a bust form to perform fitting sessions (no fit models at this time)
                   -   Refrain from close contact from others in the hallways
                   -   Respect the personal space and items of your colleagues who are not present and do not utilize their
                       spaces or borrow items from them
                   -   Self park your vehicle if have a spot in the underground garage
                   -   If you have concerns related to the application of these measures, bring them to the attention of your
                       Manager, your Human Resources Business Partner or Health and Wellness Manager
                   -   Abide and cooperate with leadership and the security personnel
                   -   As we are committed to the safety of our employees and partners, we ask for your patience and
                       collaboration in truthfully answering the health check protocol when you come in the building

               OUR COMMITMENT


               Our goal is to limit the spread of the virus and to protect, to the best of our ability, our valued employees and
               partners.  We take preventive measures to offer the safest work environment possible. We have put in place strict
               daily cleaning and disinfecting protocols of all common areas and frequently touched surfaces as well as daily
               garbage removal. We monitor employee health through daily questions and will take the necessary actions should
               an employee display signs of illness. This may include temperature check and/or requesting an employee to leave.

               We ask that you confirm your understanding and agreement to follow these safety measures. As a RCL employee
               or partner, you must take the necessary measures to protect your health and safety, as well as the safety of others
               in your work environment. Failure to respect this agreement may result in disciplinary actions up to an including
               termination of employment, cancellation of contract or banning entry to any RCL site until further notice.

               If you have any questions or concerns about these work safe measures please contact your HR Business Partner. We
               are confident these guidelines demonstrate that Reitmans (Canada) Limited values your health and safety.  On behalf
