                        Associate uses iPad to leverage Virtual Inventory



                        Associate asks customers if they are in our email database







               CASH DESK


                            Start a transaction at the cash desk by asking for email. Offer an add-on and thank customer,
                            giving them a reason to return online or in store




                            Area is clean and organized
