          WHY DID I NOT GO UP A TIER AFTER MY PURCHASE?                                          DELIGHT
          •   ONCE A CUSTOMER UNLOCKS A NEW LEVEL, THEY WILL BE NOTIFIED BY US VIA E-MAIL
              IN ABOUT ONE WEEK’S TIME.
          •   IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IF A CUSTOMER RETURNS MERCHANDISE THEY RISK GOING DOWN
              A TIER AS THEY MAY NO LONGER QUALIFY FOR THAT TIER.


          HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM RWINSIDER?
          •   AS WITH ALL E-MAIL PROGRAMS CUSTOMERS CAN UNSUBSCRIBE BY CLICKING THE LINK
              AT THE BOTTOM OF ALL OF OUR EMAILS OR BY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
          •   THE CUSTOMER’S EMAIL WILL BE UNSUBSCRIBED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
          •   IF THE CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE, PLEASE REFER THEM TO OUR PRIVACY
              POLICY.
          •   IT IS IMPORTANT TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS THAT BY UNSUBSCRIBING, THEY WILL NOT
              ONLY BE STOPPING EMAILS BUT WILL ALSO NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE
              RWINSIDER PERKS.
          •   CUSTOMERS CAN ALWAYS RE-SUBSCRIBE WITH THE SAME EMAIL IF THEY HAVE
              CHANGED THEIR MIND, IN-STORE OR ONLINE (LOOK AT THE “OPT IN” DROPDOWN).


          IF A CUSTOMER ASKS TO BE CHANGED FROM “OPTED OUT” TO “OPTED
          IN,” CAN THEY STILL RECEIVE THE WELCOME OFFER?
          •   NO, THEY THEY CANNOT RECEIVE THE WELCOME OFFER ONCE THEY HAVE “OPTED
              OUT.”

              NOT NECESSARILY HAVE TO PURCHASE A COMPLETE SUIT TO BENEFIT FROM THE
              ALTERATIONS PROGRAM.
          •   HOWEVER, SHE MUST STILL SPEND A MINIMUM OF $150 AND BE CLASSIFIED IN OUR
              SYSTEM AS AN RWINSIDER + (LEVEL 2, ANNUAL SPEND OF $151 - $750) OR RW GOLD
              (LEVEL 3, ANNUAL SPEND OF $751+) TO BENEFIT FROM THIS PERK.
