IF WE DON’T LINK THE CUSTOMER’S EMAIL OR THE CORRECT PROFILE, DELIGHT
THE CUSTOMER’S SALES WON’T BE CREDITED TO THEIR ACCOUNT. WHAT
IS THE BEST WAY TO CONFIRM IF ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS
ACCURATE?
• CONFIRM WITH THE CUSTOMER THE INFORMATION WE HAVE ON FILE (I.E. EMAIL,
FULL NAME, POSTAL CODE, ETC.) TO ENSURE THE CORRECT INFORMATION HAS BEEN
ENTERED IN THEIR PROFILE.
• SPELLING IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE CUSTOMER’S
EMAIL ADDRESS.
• PLEASE ENTER THEIR INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND CONFIRM THE SPELLING WITH
THE CUSTOMER.
SINCE THIS PROGRAM IS EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 1ST - DECEMBER 31ST,
WILL IT ALSO INCLUDE THE CUSTOMER’S PAST PURCHASES ALREADY
MADE IN 2019 PRIOR TO THE LAUNCH ON MARCH 5TH?
• NO, THIS YEAR EXCEPTIONALLY IT BEGINS ON MARCH 5TH.
IS THERE A WAY WE CAN INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEIR ANNUAL
SPEND IS IN-STORE?
• YOU WILL BE ABLE TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEIR INSIDER LEVEL IS BY
ACCESSING THE MAIN CUSTOMER PROFILE SCREEN.
• AN EMAIL WILL ALSO BE SENT TO NOTIFY THEM WHEN THEY “GRADUATE” TO ANOTHER
LEVEL.
• YOU CAN ALSO VIEW THEIR TRANSACTION HISTORY BY ACCESSING THE MODIFY
CUSTOMER SCREEN AND SELECTING PURCHASE HISTORY.
• FROM THERE THE TRANSACTION SUMMARY SCREEN WILL NOW APPEAR, LISTING PAST
TRANSACTIONS BY DATE.
• FOR FURTHER PROCEDURES, PLEASE REFER TO THE POS OPERATOR’S GUIDE - CHAPTER
15 - RW - TRANSACTION SUMMARY SCREEN.
FOR A WEDDING PARTY WITH SEVERAL SUITS, IS EACH SUIT STILL
ELIGIBLE FOR UNLIMITED ALTERATIONS IF THEY ARE ALL ON ONE
ACCOUNT OR RECEIPT? DOES EACH CUSTOMER NECESSARILY HAVE TO
HAVE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT TO BENEFIT?
• PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THE PROPER PROCEDURES FOR THE
ALTERATION PROGRAM BENEFITS.
• THE ORIGINAL BUYER MUST SHOW THE RECEIPT WITH THE ALTERATIONS IN ORDER TO
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PROGRAM.
