In addition to seeing pending requests, you can filter the request you see by the state of the request using
the drop-down menu. States include All Requests (pending or actioned) or filtered by Requested,
Approved, Modified and Denied requests. The manager has the option to view and/or print a weekly or
monthly view of approved requests by using the calendar icon on the top right corner of the window.

When an employee is highlighted, the manager may select Approve or Deny. The manager may also
select the Details button to display a window providing relevant information which will allow them to
make an informed decision when approving or denying requests.
 Requests shown in standard black font indicates there is not enough data to provide information.

 Requests shown in green font indicates the request may be approved without negatively
                       impacting recommended coverage.
 Requests shown in yellow font indicates there is a potential risk to recommended coverage.
 Requests shown in red font indicates there is not adequate coverage based on recommended
                       coverage.

The Request column can also show the request type
(paid or unpaid activity). The Hours & Balance columns
will show how many hours are requested if it is paid time,
and the remaining balance left for the employee. The
Employees Off column will show the number of
employees who already have this time requested off in
their Default Availability as well as any requests
previously made by other employees that have been
               approved.
