THE OPPORTUNITY SECTION 1: Synopsis of

2019 was the first year the US consumed more renewable power than coal since 1885. The Biden administration
    Joule Case Inc.
is pledging $400 Billion to be spent in clean energy and innovation. Companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, BP,

Apple, Walmart, and AT&T have made public climate pledges with Billions of dollars backing their efforts.

At the same time, due to an outdated and rundown grid, the United States has more power outages than any
other developed nation. Power outages grew ten times more common from the mid-1980s to mid-2010s. Utilities
are under pressure to prematurely shut down power plants and allow third party distributed energy resources Operations
(DERs) onto their aging electrical grid.

Residential solar hit an all time high for installations in 2019 with enough solar to power 13.5 million homes.
California has mandated that most new homes be installed with solar. Hawaii has established solar plus storage
mandates as solar has saturated the market. At scale, renewables only work when battery storage is included.
The most effective battery storage is decentralized, distributed, and is value added to the homeowner.

The transition to clean energy has reached a tipping point and there will be major disruption. There will be a
battery storage product for every home and every temporary, portable, or backup power need.

Joule Case has the technology, team, and product to be a compelling solution that offers multiple value
propositions to both the end consumer and the utility.

Joule Case will continue to leverage our existing customer relationships and the exciting momentum in clean
energy to generate superior risk-adjusted returns focused on addressing the temporary, solar, portable,

                   emergency, and backup power market.
