Principle 3 Delivering Authentic Customer Experiences
I don't understand, stammers the man. Yesterday I was here and
there was a golf course and clubhouse and we ate lobster and
caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now
there's just a wasteland full of garbage and miserable people.
What happened?
The devil looks at him, smiles and says, yesterday you were a
prospect...today you’re a customer.
~~~
Client acquisition, although essential to your business success, is
only part of the game. Customers rarely have time to explore
other options, so providing you stay on their radar, treat them
fairly and show them a modicum of respect, they’ll more often
than not stick with you. Fail to do this and they’ll leave, quicker
than a rat jumping off a sinking ship.
