Interesting Findings by Education Level
• Degree-holding employees were nearly three times more likely to prefer multi-day conferences and two times as likely to rank allotment for resources highly, when compared to employees without a degree.
• Employees with a degree were more than twice as likely as those without a degree to report receiving too much online training.
• Degree-holding employees were more likely to report receiving too little tuition reimbursement for college credit, mentoring programs, and coaching from a team member.
• Employees without a degree were more likely to report receiving too little webinars and internal training.
