It was designed with a bias toward system programming and embedded, resource-
constrained and large systems, with performance, efficiency and flexibility of use as its
design highlights. C++ has also been found useful in many other contexts, with key
strengths being software infrastructure and resource-constrained applications, including
desktop applications, servers, and performance-critical applications. C++ is a compiled
language, with implementations of it available on many platforms and provided by various
organizations, including the Free Software Foundation, LLVM, Microsoft, Intel and IBM.
To be able to numerically control the load resistors through a PC, a program must first be
written based on the instructions the user wants the load resistors to receive. After the
program is successfully written and functions are checked, if no errors are found, the
program can be tested to run on the resistors through the USB Relay. Instructions can be
directed to the USB Relay, and if the related LED lights up showing that the relay receives
the given instruction accordingly, then the program is coded correctly. The program code
is then saved, acting just like an instruction manual the USB Relay refers to during test runs.
