Outside the Bowl continues to explore the opportunity
to start a Super Kitchen in Guatemala and took the
concrete steps of moving Vilma Jacinto and her family to
Guatemala City. Since 2012, Vilma has been the Tijuana “OUTSIDE THE BOWL’S KITCHEN
kitchen manager and knows OTB inside and out. She is
