“Yes, he is that,”Peter continues. “But his
colour is just that bit lighter than all the other
horses here. Mr Young has asked the farmer who
used to own Ebony if he would like to buy
Sammy too; I expect we will know soon.”

Peter left Joe to continue polishing the
special show harness that would be needed for
the journey into the City of London.

In a moment, Peter was back... “best not say
anything to the horses yet Joe,” he stated. “You
know what they are like..they would get over
excited and if it was not possible for Sammy to
go with Ebony to the country..they would be
disappointed,” he finished.

Back in the stables, all the other horses have
finished their breakfast and the other drivers are
getting them ready for the day.
