Big achievements by Ebony continue:
During the time that Ebony worked at Young and Co, he helped produce a
book called “Shire Horse”.
The book is published by A and A Black who gave us permission to reproduce
these photographs taken by Sally Fear.
The story follows the life of a young Shire Horse called Gilbert who grows up
to become a working horse at Young and Co in Wandsworth.
His first partner at the brewery is of course our hero Ebony.
