It is worthy of note that St Peter’s Church, New Bolingbroke has a most interesting and
            unique stained glass west Window.

It is divided into the four seasons and shows scenes from South Lincolnshire surrounded
by seasonal illustrations. Among the most interesting are:
Boston Stump seen from the mouth of the River Witham as it enters the Wash and
Tattershall Castle at harvest time with a boy and Dalmatian Dog.

            CHAPTER 31

            THE SNOW DRIFT

This story is from about 1983 because I remember we were using the second (dark blue)
Peugeot 504 estate. This car was to leave us shortly afterwards when ECYB eventually
            crashed.
On reflection we should never have bought this car at all. The previous model, also a 504
estate was bought on lease during the good times with ECYB.

                                                                    (Picture of “504” No 1)
It was an amazing car in every way, but after three years we had to choose to either buy it
for its residual value or take out a new lease on another new model.
This second car was a let down, perhaps a ‘Friday ‘ car as it was a problem from day one.
Nothing major, just not as good as the first, we were never happy with it and eventually
sold it thought David Page a local car dealer and bought the secondhand Citroen GS
            Estate, a beautiful little car.
