g. If you discover a defect or fault on your vehicle that effects the safe use on the
highway or which will make it illegal for you to drive, you must report the defect
to your manager immediately by phone and you must record on the Pre-Drive
App detailing the specific faults. A decision will be made by the transport manager
as to what action is to be taken.

h. It is the driver’s responsibility to check at first use/daily that the wheel nuts are
torqued correctly refer to section 31 of this manual (please ensure that you do not
over tighten the wheel nuts) this must be recorded on the reverse of the daily
defect sheet.

Remember you need 3 Tacho Rolls with you in your vehicle.
