32 Fuelling

Use only regular Diesel NOT PREMIUM FUELS

If regular Diesel is not available then call the transport manager for instructions.

Be aware of where you can fill your vehicle and ensure that you plan ahead.

PIN numbers are four digit code that must be kept in a separate location from your card.

Please ensure that you know your fuel card PIN number

If you don’t then please ask

Please do not fuel your vehicle if you don’t know your PIN

You can fuel up at all AS24 and Shell approved service stations

The DKV card is not to be used as the primary method of paying for fuel

Drivers are required to hand in fuel receipts when returning to the office at the end of

the week.

Speak to the Transport Manager for guidance on what to do with your card when on

annual leave..
