also enabling the facilitation of cognitive processes, and

memory improvement.

Potent physiological immune-stimulator with

distinctive cancer-preventive properties.

NONI’s cancer chemo-preventive effect has been described

in some thirty human and animal model researches so far.

The promotion of these clinical studies was based on the

large and solid body of over 300 scientific articles reporting

laboratory evidences on the immune-stimulating potency of

NONI fruit, namely of its rich anthraquinone and

polyterpenoid fractions. These families of active compounds,

sensibly concentrated in the preparation following

fermentation process, are able to affect the modulation of

many pathways distinctive of the human immune anticancer

function. A controlled clinical study on heavy smokers has

shown that NONI fruit consumption was able to reduce DNA

damage (adducts) in the peripheral blood lymphocytes, a

validated biomarker for the prediction of environmental-

driven cancer risk. A further controlled clinical study was able

to demonstrate a consistent decrease of pain perception in

advanced cancer patients. NONI was also found effective in

the reduction of advanced gastric cancer in two published
