AIR INTAKE OF DIESEL ENGINES
The VB45 cleans the air intake system, intake valves and manifold, combustion chambers,
exhaust valves and manifold, catalytic converter and turbo charger and will help to clean the
particulate filter DPF, CAT or CRT.

Using the ADAPTER VBWT01-B
 Where: - in the middle of a rubber/plastic duct/pipe of the air intake
 When: - only this Adapter can be used for cleaning the air intake of diesel engines

 Insert the VBWT01-B adapter into the duct/pipe of the air intake after the turbo charger or
otherwise, after the air mass meter and before the turbo charger

 By passing the 4 mt. hose VBWT01-18-6 under the rubber seals of the bonnet and the door,
take the can inside the driver’s compartment
 Give the can to a front seat passenger.
 Choose a free and long road
 While driving and with the engine running at 3000 rpm’s open completely the valve

 Close the valve about 100 / 200 meters before being obliged to stop for traffic, a traffic
light or obstruction so that the vb45 is burnt off before you have to stop.
 In case of being obliged to stop, keep the engine in the gear and don’t accelerate

 After having finished the product accelerate the engine slowly only when driving and give
time to eliminate residues of the product and dissolved oil/sludge
 Repeat the cleaning operation if necessary

IMPORTANT - Take care that the nozzle is positioned in the center of the air intake duct.
Otherwise, the nozzle might touch against the duct/pipe and fine mist may pool allowing
liquid deposits to form which may be dangerous and cause damage.
