CONTINUE CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND PARTICULATE FILTER DPF, FAP, CRT AND ALL TYPES

 Measure of the particulate filter:
o Soot content
o Back pressure

o Intake pressure
o All other feasable parameters
 Place the vehicle outside the workshop or connect its exhaust to the exhaust gas extractor
 Connect the chosen adapter to the exhaust

 Connect the adapter to the Applicator VBWT01-18
 Start the engine and let it run at idle
 Ensure the valve of the Applicator VBWT01-18 is completely open.
 Check for leaks
 Place the VB45 can on a safe place on top of the engine, so the vibrations will mix the VB45

 Spray in all the VB45
 After all the VB45 has been put in, stop the engine
 Good:
o After 2 hours, start the engine
o Note the black smoke from the exhaut

o While driving force a regeneration
 Best:
o Wait for minimum 12 hours, maximum 24 hours
o Start the engine
o Note the black smoke from the exhaust
o Force a regeneration, best done while driving
 Then:

o Drive the vehicle first in a normal fashio and then accelerate the engine above 4,000
rpm. with an immediate release of the accelerator
o Repeat this driving procedure until the engine is performing normally.
 Measure again of the particulate filter:
o Soot content
o Back pressure

o Intake pressure
o All other feasable parameters
