Program Outline
The Mentoring program will use the following guidelines for execution:
2021/2022 Leaders In Action Cohort Mentorship Program
Dates May 2021 – June 2022
Build relationships between up-and-coming and seasoned Leaders in order to:
• Expand knowledge transfer
Program • Create smart succession planning
Goal • Support greater personal and professional growth
• Increase self-confidence
• Improve overall job satisfaction on all levels
# of Mentees 14 # of Mentors 14 Relationship 1:1 Req Meetings 4 – Quarterly
• Mentors attend Connect through Coaching Workshop prior to meeting with
Mentee
• Mentors attend Mentorship Kick-Off Meeting
• Mentors and Mentees meet once prior to required quarterly Mentorship
meetings
Requirements
• Mentee use ongoing Mentorship Action Plan (MAP) for all meetings with Mentor
and house in mutual space for both to review
• Mentee coordinate all meetings with Mentor
• Mentee and Mentor fill out Reflection Form following all 1:1 meetings – submit to
Peer Sponsers
The Mentoring Relationship can expand in many ways. A few ideas for connection
are:
• Schedule lunch together
Optional • Attend training together
• Mentor views Mentee in setting
• Mento/Mentee discuss business development project
• Mentee observes Mentor in setting
Suggestion Create team on MS Teams for Mentor and Mentee to exchange information and ideas
