FEEDBACK

The University has a well-structured feedback mechanism. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell
(IQAC) has a well-defined and tested procedure to get feedback from the stakeholders about the
design and review of the syllabus and the constructive feedback is used to introduce new courses
and modify the existing ones. IQAC monitors and ensures the smooth functioning of academic
delivery mechanism through structured feedback on teaching-learning, course assessment and
exit questionnaire and analyzes the same for improving teaching – learning process and to
      enhance the student’s experience.

      Student Feedback:

The student feedback questionnaire covers both quantitative and qualitative attributes, focused
on the quality of the course content, pedagogy, learning materials, feedback on theory/practical
courses, and facilities extended by the university. Students give feedback on input of the
programme in which he/she graduates. The survey is open to the students once in a year to give
feedback/suggestions on the design and review of syllabus. This feedback is analyzed and shared
with the concerned department. Based on the student’s feedback, changes are recommended by
the BoS to revise the content of the course after obtaining formal approval from the academic
      council of the University.

      Faculty Feedback:

The faculty members give their feedback/suggestions on the teaching-learning process, the
syllabus content and the design of the curriculum. The same is deliberated and discussed at the
department level. Suggestions given in these meetings are placed before the Board of Studies. The
recommendations are deliberated in the Academic Council for approval and implementation.
