Hillside Farm Animal Investigations...
Following our investigation at Simply Halal, a non-stun abattoir at
Banham in Norfolk, where we obtained hours of harrowing
footage of appalling treatment of the animals being killed there,
we were extremely disappointed when the Food Standards
Agency (FSA) granted approval for ‘Norfolk Meat Traders’ to
continue slaughtering at the site.
Particularly shocking was the fact that Deborah Wilson, a
manager at Simply Halal who we had filmed casually standing by
as animals were suffering terrible cruelty all around her, was a
director of the newly-formed Norfolk Meat Traders!
