2) Organizational Development
Another important skill is knowing how to organize all the
functions in your business and to allocate the best people to
the right roles. Just like a car needs to have all the parts in
the right place working together, so you need to know how
to get all the functions (i.e. marketing, operations and finance)
of a business working synergistically. You will learn how to
develop an organizational structure in chapter four.

3) Management & People Development
Another key skill you must have is knowing how to attract,
recruit, train and manage talented people to staff your company.
This is one of the most important skills required to turn a self-
employed one-man show into a multi-million dollar business
that can be replicated internationally.

In chapter seven, you will learn that a company is only as
successful as the people who are working in it. Many
entrepreneurs may be great doing the work themselves, but
if they don’t know how to build a team to scale (expand) the
business, they will stay small forever.

4) Sales and Marketing
I find that many people are uncomfortable with the idea of
selling and promoting. They feel uncomfortable asking people
for money in exchange for their services. This is especially so
among well-educated people (university graduates). They
have the mindset that because they have a college degree,
selling is beneath them.

However, if there is one thing that I have discovered is that
