Try to imagine the perspective of everyone else

decision. If needed, ask people involved how they
believe different decisions will affect them.

Inductive Reasoning
See the big picture and imagine the different
outcomes of your decisions. Draw conclusions
based on your past experience in similar situations
and the experiences of others. Base your
hypothesis on as many facts as possible.

Cost Benefit Analysis
Weigh the costs of alternative decisions and
estimate the benefits. While all other applicable
techniques should be exhausted, this one should
be one of the first used.
