1. PRELIMINARIES

1. Inspection of Site

• The Contractor shall inspect and examine the site and its surroundings to
obtain all necessary information to identify the risks, contingencies, and
other circumstances that may affect the work.

• To understand the scope of work and all necessary equipment, plants, and
materials required for its completion.

2. Insurances

• The Contractor shall obtain the Contractor’s All Risk Insurance (CAR) to provide
coverage against losses or damages related to contract works at the construction
site.
• Additionally, it covers third-party claims arising in connection with the
construction project.

• The duration of the coverage corresponds to the contract period specified in the
Letter of Award.
