5. Setting out

• Setting out shall be carried out by a licensed surveyor, including the taking of
reduced levels and the coordinates of all testing locations in RSO and Cassini

format based on the established benchmarks.

• If there are no established benchmarks available, a temporary benchmark or
level obtained from a nearby land or road level shall be taken as a reference
point and transferred to the proposed site using suitable survey method.

• The reduced level shall not be obtained by interpolating contour lines on the site
plan.

6. Temporary Access

• The Contractor is responsible for providing temporary roads and accesses
required for the proper execution of the works for the site located in RURAL or
REMOTE area.
