working space constraint

and existing road is used

by the villagers.

The unsuitable material is to be

excavated to the groundwater level,

commonly found at the depth between

1 to 1.5m below ground level.

Geopolymatress is placed on top of the

geotextile separator and glued by using

polyurethane foam to form a solid

homogeneous mattress-like layer.

Once the formation level was

encountered, A layer of high strength

geotextile separator is placed to separate

between the soil and geopolymatress.

50mm thick lean concrete is constructed for

levelling purpose and 300mm thick concrete

slab with 2 layer of BRC A12 is constructed as a

counterweight for the geopolymatress.
