Nancy Wake

Born on 30/8/1912 to 7/8 /2011 in Wellington,

New Zealand, Nancy Wake was a famous war
hero, tricking the secret Germon Police.

Nancy Wake had a strict mother and an un-

reliable father who had sold the family house and
run away.

In 1914, she moved to Sydney. At the age of 16

Nancy ran away from home to work as a Nurse.

In 1932 Nancy flew to Europe to be a journalist. In
1939 Nancy married Henri Fiocca.

Later, Nancy got given the Gorge medal and the
Knight Of The Legon Of Honer.

Nancy Wake became a celebrated war hero who

helped fight the NAZIS, sadly she died a few days

before her 99th birthday.
