POST READING
ACTIVITIES
1. Creative Writing
ask students to create a creative writing from any of the
words from the reading text (preferably 10-15 words
chosen ). The writing could be any story, poems or song
lyrics. There is no boundaries towards creativity.
2. Areas of Interest
After finishing the reading session, ask students which part
of the text intrigued their curiosity the most and the which
part is not interesting for them. Students tend to make
additional reading and research on their own.
3. Questions from Pictures
Teachers will show them a few picture (some are related,
some are not) and ask student to look at the pictures
carefully and how some of the pictures relate to the reading
they did.
