        6. Add remaining half of flour. Knead until smooth.

        7. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

        8. Once dough has risen (about doubled in size), roll it out into a
        rectangle approximately 0.5 inch thick.

        10. Roll up the dough. Cut into even pieces.
        *For a more traditional "ear" shape, cut a trapezoid/triangle shape
        and pinch at the top­middle until the spiral "ears" poke out of the
        side.
        **For a standard roll shape, cut even circles from the roll. Spirals
        will face up. (Definitely easier!)

        The rolls should have a golden color, and be crispy on the outside,
