        Steam or boil sweet potatoes
        Mash or mix with all other ingredients using hand or bowl mixer
        Add mix to greased 13x9 pan
                            mashing
        with a fork until small clumps form. Sprinkle by hand to cover the
        entire mix.
        Bake @ 325º for 45 minutes
