COLD CHEESECAKE PIE

        Ingredients
        12 ounces cream cheese softened
        2 cups cold milk
        2 tablespoons sugar
        1/2 teaspoon vanilla
        1 package instant vanilla pudding





        Instructions
        Beat cream cheese until very soft.
        Blend in 1/2 cup milk.
        Add remaining milk, sugar, vanilla and instant vanilla pudding mix. Follow directions
        from the pudding box. Pour into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Decorate with whip
        cream and or fresh fruit.


        Crust: Buy a store bought graham cracker crust or make your own.
        1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
        1/4 cup sugar
        6 tablespoons melted butter



        Instructions
        Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and then press into pie dish firmly and on all sides.


        This pie is my daughter, Kim Christy Wright’s favorite pie besides apple pie. When she
        was a teenager this was he cake she wanted for her birthday.




        HELEN AUNGST HUBLER’S PINEAPPLE PIE

        Ingredients
        Crust:
        1 cup flour                                                         1/2 teaspoon baking powder
        4 tablespoons sugar                                                pinch salt
        2 ounces butter                                                    1 slightly beaten egg


        Filling:
        1/2 pound cream cheese                                             4 eggs
        1 teaspoon vanilla                                                 2 cups milk
        juice of 1/2 lemon                                                 8 tablespoons sugar
        1 tablespoon flour



        Instructions
        Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Add flour, eggs, and lastly milk,
        and mix. Add filing to the pan and sprinkle cinnamon to top. Bake at 350 degrees
        until done.
