Creating an Express Deposit


        Optional: Add an Attachment


                                                                           1. Click the Add Attachment
                                                                               button.

                                                                               page and finalize the payment.

                                                                                           Deposit Balance:
                                                                                            “Balanced” means the
                                                                                            Payment entries match
                                                                                            the Control Totals.
                                                                                           If not balanced, return to
                                                                                            the Payments tab and
                                                                                            correct the entries.

            1.  Click the Batch Standard button to lock the deposit (no changes allowed) and set the
               payment to Post.
               It is not necessary to Build a worksheet unless there is a difference in the payment amount versus the open invoice
               amount.














               The deposit will be applied to the Customer’s open items once the Receivables Update process has been generated. This
               can be done manually or via the overnight processes. For more information, refer to the What are the AR_Billing Scheduled
               Processes job aid.
