The new Prepaid Line should be selected by default. The new Bill Plan will be assigned to the selected Prepaid Line.
13. Select the appropriate Billing Method using these guidelines:
SCHED_PAY: Milestone (enables Events to be created).
OTHER: Immediate (Events cannot be created).
14. Select the Assign button.

The system will assign the next available Bill Plan number.
15. Select the link for the new Bill Plan.
