1. Enter a Run Control ID.
You can add a new Run Control ID on the Add a New Value tab, if necessary.
2. Click the Search button.
The Statements Parameters page displays.
When using an existing Run Control ID, the Report Request Parameters will default from the last run.
Aging Category Selection
1 4 The Aging Category lets you select a “Days
Late” date range.
2
If an Aging Category is selected, statements
will be generated only for customers with an
3 open item in that aging category. However,
the statement will contain all open items for
that customer.
1. Check the As of Date.
This can be changed to any specific As of Date to reflect the customer’s balance as it appeared on that date.
2. Enter the Unit and Set ID.
Leave the Customer and Correspondence Customer fields blank when processing Statement Groups.
3. Click the Statement Group menu.
The All Statement Groups option can be used if you are preparing statements for all customers in all groups.
Select a named statement group (do not use Group A-D) to prepare statements for customers in specific groups.
Statements will not be created for customers who have had statements placed on Hold. Refer to the How do I
Place Correspondence on Hold? job aid.
