Contracts Workbench
15. Projects Data Sections.
The Projects Data Section contains three sections: Projects, Project Activities and Project Status.
16. Review the Project- Project Details Tab.
The Project Detail tab displays all the projects attached to the contract. The TAB also displays additional project details like
start & end date, project type and description.
Link exists on the project to navigate to the Project General Information page to view the Project in detail.
17. Review the Project Activities - Activity Details Tab.
The Activity Details tab displays all the Project Activities attached to the contract. The tab also displays additional project
activity details like start & end date, Activity Status and Description.
Link exists on the activity to navigate to the Project Activity page and view the project activity and an additional link to view
the Project Activity Status page in detail.
18. Review the Project Status- Status Details Tab.
The Status Details tab displays all the Project Status lines related to all the projects.
Link exists on the project to navigate to the Project Status page and view all the Project Status lines in detail.
Using the Related Content Section
1. Review the Related Content Sections.
The Related Content Data section contains 12 data tabs.
1 Many sections have hyperlinks to drilldown for more detailed
views.
To open related content, select any of the options and all the
related content will appear as Tabs on the lower half of the
contract workbench page.
To expand the view for the related content section, find the line of
dots just above the tabs, then move up/down as needed.
To close the related content area, select the dropdown arrow to
the far right on the related content header.
