How do I Maintain Corporate Customer Relationships?
Overview
Customers in Compass can be linked together in a parent-child relationship using the Corporate Customer role.
The Corporate Customer record can be considered the parent, and other customer records can be linked.
Compass automatically rolls up outstanding receivable amounts from linked customers to the Corporate
Customer in on-line inquiries only (not on delivered reports, statements, etc.).
Examples of this functionality are found by the using of billing activities with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta
(CHOA) and Grady Hospital.
Navigation
Navigator > Customers > Customer Information > General Information
View the Customer Relationships
The General Information Search page is displayed.

1. Enter or select the Set ID that matches your Business Unit.
2. Enter the search criteria for the parent Customer ID.
3. Click the Search button.
4. Click the customer record in the Search Results.
The Customer General Information page is displayed.
