Maintain Corporate Customer Relationships

Viewing the Hierarchy Rollup

When a Corporate Customer hierarchy has been established, the various transactions that take place at each level roll up to the
Corporate Customer. To illustrate this concept, the example was taken from the Collections Workbench.

 Level 1 shows the total (rolled up)
transaction amount.
 Level 1.2 and below will show the
transaction amounts for each linked
customer.

View the Hierarchy from a Linked Customer

 When viewing a customer linked to a Corporate Customer, the checkbox is not selected.
 The Business Unit and Customer ID for the Corporate Customer displays to the right.

1. Click the Corporate Selection link to view the hierarchy.
