Maintain Corporate Customer Relationships

View the Customer Hierarchy from the Top Level

 In the Roles section, the checkmark to the left of Corporate Customer indicates that the customer is the top level in the
customer hierarchy. There may or may not be linked customers.

1. Click the Corporate Selection link to view the customer hierarchy.

The Customer Hierarchy page displays.

In the Corporate Customer Hierarchy section, customers are assigned level numbers.
 Level 1 is the top level (parent) Corporate Customer. Level 1.1 is always the same as level 1.

 Level 1.2 and below are the linked (child) customers.
