Maintain Corporate Customer Relationships

 The Corporate Customer Hierarchy displays the selected customer’s place in the hierarchy.

Creating Customer Relationships

You can link new or existing customer records to a Corporate Customer or to another customer record. By
default, a new customer record will have the Corporate Customer role checked.
Before changing or linking an existing customer, be sure to check the current customer relationship hierarchy.

Update the Customer Information Page
1. Using the search procedure shown at the beginning of this job aid, search for the customer

to link to a Corporate Customer.

2. De-select the checkmark from the Corporate Customer role.
