Creating Dunning Letters

1. Click the Report Manager
link at the top of the Run
page.
The report name is
[CustomerID].pdf.
2 2. Click the pdf link to view the
Report File List.
The Report File List is displayed.
3. Click the pdf link in the File List to view the
Dunning Letter.
For customers who have opted for Standard Mail, print
3 and mail the letter.
For customers who have opted for email delivery, the
Dunning Letter will be automatically emailed. To check
the status of the email, refer to the How do I Review
the Email Logs? job aid.
Examples of the Dunning Letters for University and Healthcare
are shown below.
