In Société Nautique de Marseille April 14, 2023:

“The essential sailing event in the Mediterranean organized by the Société Nautique de
Marseille has come to an end with a remarkable result: four days of intense
confrontations on the water of the Olympic Games in varied weather conditions, but
very favorable to navigation. Up to 13 rounds could be contested depending on the
categories, and the winners of this 57th edition, an integral part of the IRC

Mediterranean Championships, can boast of having demonstrated mastery over all the
different types of weather encountered.

North harbour: XXL version
This is undoubtedly part of the magic of the show, the largest units moored in the Old
Port along the SNM landing stages and evolving in the northern harbor are obviously

very appreciated by the public, connoisseurs or amateurs. And in this edition of the
Snim, the giants had fun....

In IRC 2, the boss is Gilles Rivas: with his crew, aboard the First 40 Sloughi, they
dominated the contests with a fine line-up of first places: 9 including 7 in a row! “The
Snim is a bit of our favorite regatta. We prepared for it with a little worry because light
weather is not particularly our strong point, but in the end, we still had a little air. My

best memory is my first victory 3 years ago.”
