FILLING STEAM (M) AND NON-FOAMING DETERGENT/HOT
WATER EXTRACTION (N) RESERVOIRS (FIG.4)
FILLING THE STEAM RESERVOIR
Open the cap and fill the steam reservoir (M) with TAP water (about
0.52 gal/1.9 L). Do NOT use tap water that exceeds 17.5 grains per

gallon (30 French Degrees) dilute the tap water by using 50% deminer-
alized (distilled) water with 50% tap water.
Make sure to close the reservoir cap.
HOT WATER EXTRACTION:
Your unit is equipped with a hot water extraction (HWE) feature that
N M
allows you to safely and thoroughly clean carpets. HWE uses hot water
Fig. 4 alone or hot water with non-foaming, gentle, safe detergents. The
liquid is injected under high pressure directly onto the stained spots
in the carpet pile, dislodging the dirt particles, making them easier to vacuum away. You can then use
the vacuum function to extract up to 95% of the moisture along with all the grime contained within the
carpet.
• Deeply cleans your carpet
• Non-Toxic: Free from harmful chemicals
• Quick to Dry since nearly all of the moisture is vacuumed away
• Creates and Maintains a clean and friendly environment
• Protects the carpet from wear and tear
