HOW TO DESCALE THE BOILER / INTRODUCTION
You must descale the boiler when the probe symbol appears on the display with the word “CLEAN”. The
hardness of the water varies significantly depending on your location and will affect how often and when
you need to descale the boiler. The harder your water, the more often and sooner you need to descale
the boiler. Descale the boiler if you notice a significant drop in steam emission or if the unit begins eject-
ing particles of lime scale in the steam.

! CAUTION! MAKE SURE THE APPLIANCE HAS COOLED DOWN COMPLETELY
! WARNING! MAKE SURE TO UNPLUG THE UNIT BEFORE BEGINNING THE DESCALING PROCESS.
