Background

Google LLC delivers integrity breakthroughs in everyday life with the digital world. For this reason, representative subsidiaries have been established in every country to
facilitate the best service for users from all over the world. Kelapa Gading, which is one of the economic and entertainment centers in Jakarta, is a suitable location to establish
a representative subsidiary of Google LLC in Indonesia. Considering that development in the Kelapa Gading area is relatively new and not evenly distributed, LinQ can be a
pioneer in the development of the surrounding area with the potential of the existing area, such as TOD and mixed-use functions. In addition, the site location has the potential
to create a mutualistic relationship with the nearby La Piazza mall as visitor attractor to both buildings..
