The idea of removing dividing glass and walls blurs spatial
boundaries between the outside and the inside, inspired from the
fluid characteristic from water. Visitors can feel the concept of
fluidity from the smooth transition between corridor-retails-retails,
broader visual reach, and openness.

Visitors can use escalator as
direct access to commercial
retails on 2nd floor or walk
straight to the main lobby of the
building.
